Common questions
How do I invite my family? Open the app, go to your family settings, and share an invite with each member. Everyone in your family sees the same shared lists and calendar.
How do I manage my subscription? Plans are managed on the web at familymind.nxtg.ai. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes take effect at the end of the billing period.
How do I delete my account? Open your account settings in the app and choose delete account. If you also want your family's content removed, email us and we'll handle it.
Joy said something odd. Joy is an AI assistant and can make mistakes. If a response seems wrong or inappropriate, email us the details — we review every report.
